Received from loading a multi-frame echography data.

Maybe a good time to switch to what seems to be the official jpg.js from @mozilla pdf.js and not the one from @notmasteryet jpgjs. It has more activity and has been optimised (cf Faster JPEG transform).
It needs to be modified as jpgjs was in pull request 33.
