Describe the bug
an event on my google calendar is set for 1pm in the central time zone (so it will adjust for daylight savings time next month to 12pm central) but I'm in arizona, and it should display at 11am my time (and it does, on my calendar apps), but it's displaying at 1pm in the time ruler display.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. make an event in your calendar with a different time zone than your own.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
