Tags with Emoji's are being duplicated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a task with a #😊
2. Drag the task anywhere in the Time Ruler
3. Tag duplicates

Expected behavior
Tags containing emoji's to not duplicate.
