Describe the bug
Hello,
using the plugin Tasks in adding a due date and then having the note reflected in the task Ruler the task is recurrent until the selected date.

Only using scheduled the task is reported only on the due date.
How to make the task with a due date to show up only at the selected date?
thank you

v.

To Reproduce
Add a due date in tasks and in ruler it will be repeated each day

Expected behavior
to have the task appearing only at the due date

I think it is not a bug, it is a built-in feature.
The fact is that time ruler deals with scheduled tasks (for the whole day, or for a specific hour). Due dates are deadlines, and schedule dates, are dates where you want to deal with a task.
If you do not add any scheduled date, time ruler sees it as a task with a deadline, but without processing date. It will then show you the task every single day, because it is "unscheduled".
Both due date and scheduled date are different things, so I guess it is a normal thing.
