non pixel perfect resizing

Some kind of not perfect stretching, some lines have 2 pixels height instead of 1

It might just be that you can't scale up the game to some resolutions without 1 pixel offset, but if that's the case, tha offset should be at the top/bottom left/right side of the screen so it isn't noticeable
