feature request: allow this to run without team urls #11

there's no need to require the team urls to be set. you could just dump the UGC status of every player based on the steamid

that way you don't need to ask your team leader (ahem) for the url each match/scrim.

show ALL the teams (their division, etc) that the player belongs to.
