I am using iCloud to sync between desktop and mobile.
I want to run Quartz locally and publish manually.
Whenever I run Quart from within the iCloud, it takes too long to sync (upload/download on mobile).

Is there a way to install Quartz on a local folder but fetch the content from a folder within iCloud?
