Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I think an issue here is, a typical digital garden contains some primitive notes that might not be appropriate to be included in a RSS feed.

A similar parameter filter like the one in Recent Note

This is part of #866 - you'll be able to use noRSS: true in the frontmatter of a file to hide it from all feeds.
