Changes

• Add biff/use-htmx-refresh component which auto-refreshes the browser whenever you save a file. If there are compilation errors, displays those instead of refreshing.

Upgrade instructions

• Update your Biff dependencies to :git/tag "v1.8.1", :git/sha "93baa98"
• Apply these changes to your project: set the :biff.refresh/enabled config option to true in dev, and add biff/use-htmx-refresh to your components, right before the biff/use-jetty component.
