Is the issue isolated to Iris? For any issues with Mopidy configuration or the Mopidy server, log an issue on the Mopidy repository instead.
Check the current issues to make sure the issue you're experiencing is not already documented. It is also worth looking at closed issues to see if it has been recently addressed (make use of the search functionality!).
Please take a moment to double- and triple-test the issue prior to submitting.
An issue with a poor description or no supporting examples is not going to be helpful. Instead, please provide:
- Concise title (eg Playlist artwork not showing)
- Description of the issue
- Steps you took to replicate the issue
- The details of your environment (eg OS, software versions, Spotify Authorized or not, etc)
- Debug data (under Settings > Debugger)
- Screenshots (if applicable)
This information ensures others can replicate the issue and work on resolving them.
