After #2140, the E2E test was enabled for OpenShift but it fails because it waits for the ingress-nginx-controller deployment in the ingress-nginx namespace. That deployment is not available in OpenShift.
Steps to reproduce
Create an OCP Cluster
Run the test (this command will also build and install the Jaeger Operator in the cluster): $ make run-e2e-tests-generate VERBOSE=true USE_KIND_CLUSTER=false KAFKA_VERSION=0.23.0
Expected behavior
Make the test pass.
Additional context
Tested in OCP 4.11.
