If an actor has a feat called Savage Attacker, add attack activities to their weapons that adapt the damage accordingly.
e.g. an attack that normally deals d8 damage would become 2d8kh. A weapon that normally deals 2d6 damage becomes {2d6,2d6}kh.
For reference:
You’ve trained to deal particularly damaging strikes. Once per turn when you hit a target with a weapon, you can roll the weapon’s damage dice twice and use either roll against the target.

I'll focus on making this module work as intended for the existing activities for now. Once that's done, this'll be the first new feature though.
