It's running as admin, it's the win64 C variant and when trying to
Failed to start with error code 3.
Run cmd and use these two lines:
sc stop WinDivert1.0
sc delete WinDivert1.0
CMD (while running as admin) Gives this.
[SC] OpenService FAILED 1060:
The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
When I try to run WinDivertTool it says that this app cannot run on your pc, contact your local publisher.
Extra info I'm using Cloudflare WARP as a VPN and it does not work either way with default ethernet connection, gives error code 3.
