Combine dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup "old fashioned" rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Add and mix well:
1/2 cup softened coconut oil (can substitute 1/2 cup butter)
1 egg
1 tsp real vanilla
Add as desired, stir in thoroughly:
3/4 cup choc chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup and raisins
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
