Need to define a sane shutdown order for power outage.

  • K8S cluster should probably be the first to go down to allow it to gracefully pack up shop.
  • NAS and other VMs should go next
  • OPNSense should be the last to go down so as to keep Internet running as long as possible.

Mostly working as expected - NUT server 1 commands the TALOS nodes and shuts them down after 5 minutes.
NUT server 2 commands the proxmox nodes which go off after 15 minutes. This NUT server stays up until the UPS goes off.
