I am a bit confused i have everything setup but i get this error when i loads and advise would be great

I'm receiving this error as well on a Home Assistant Blue / ODROID-N2 using a Nooelec NESDR Smart v4 SDR - Premium RTL-SDR w/ Aluminum Enclosure, 0.5PPM TCXO, SMA Input. RTL2832U & R820T2 USB dongle.

Glad I'm not the only one seeing this error.
