On a Motorola g stylus 5g 2021. Usual message phone is not compatible. No explanation listed by Google play.

Same issue on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ (SM-T970) tablet. Not certain of the version as I don't have access to the tablet but Google suggests likely Android 13.
