GUI Fails to Start When Backend Server Is Already Running + No Way to Reload Content When Switching Servers

Version: Voicebox v0.3.1
OS: Windows 11

Issue Descriptions:

1. In previous versions, it was possible to start the backend server first and then launch the Voicebox GUI without issues. In v0.3.1, if the backend server is already running, the GUI gets stuck in a loop displaying the startup texts and does not proceed to the main interface.
2. There is currently no way to reload content or switch backend servers without restarting the entire GUI. I have to connect to the new server, and create a new voice and generate a clip to populate the sections with the existing data on the server.
