I don't know why
requireassets are not transformed by backstage's build config, andkialiis not included inapp, so/// <reference types="@backstage/cli/asset-types" />must be add somewhere in the plugin itself, so I add it inplugins/kiali/dev/index.tsx, after this change all assets are included indist/assetscorrectly now.
