Using the scroll bar or scroll wheel, it's possible to scroll off the end of the buffer. Doesn't seem to cause crashes, though.

  1. Open README.rst or any other relatively long file
  2. $ to go to eof
  3. Scroll

Expected: Scroll no further than the last line at the top of the window.

Actual: Able to scroll off the end of the file.
