Create Mechanical Crafters Delete Recipe Items When Autocrafting

Hello!

Looks like a recipe locked behind a stage is recognized as a valid recipe using Create's Mechanical Crafters and will delete the ingredients when they merge together. Is there a way that we can have the ingredients be spit back out?

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.1.44
Craftweaker: 14.0.12
RecipeStages: 8.0.0.1
Gamestages: 15.0.1

It's even worse when using the Create Mixer: you actually get the result. So effectively Create allows to bypass RecipeStages alltogether.
