  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Debug information:

Engine # 0 process is running and it's state is resuming.

your win 10 installation is very out of date (2017) and thus not supported. Thus I am closing this for now. Please report if the error persists after updating windows
