Hi , is there any AutoComplete in CATS?? Which shortcut i should use ?

There is indeed autocomplete when you are editing a TypeScript file. Two ways this can be invoked:

Automatically when you type a some name followed by a dot, for example when you type “document.” you get all he methods on the document object.
When you enter -. You can use this anywhere and will provide contextual code completion.

Hopes this helps (and remind sme of making some tutorial video for new users ;).
