Window changing height since recent version

(I think since 0.5.1) the window changes height on its own

I always have it set to top right corner (sized and positioned using a window manager)

But recently, sometimes, when i relaunch the app the height is taller.

I can't spot a pattern as to when it does or does not do it, but I certainly don't change the window size.

Any ideas?
