We'll have to do quite a few things to make this happen:

We need to keep a local copy of the docs pages
- we should generate them ourselves
- custom skin to match the color scheme
- it should be kept up-to-date
There needs to be a new webview widget
- If it is possible, it should tile with editors, or pin to the left or right side.
- it should have basic control buttons: Home, back, forward
- it should support search within page, maybe the built-in webview already has this?
