I was reading the license file and it says mostly what is not allowed, but maybe not that clearly what is allowed to do. Is it allowed to modify and share the code (under the very same license arrangement)?

The choice of license is a bit unusual and I just want to make sure that I understand it. Is the license like the MIT license, just with some limitations? What am I allowed to do with the code?

If I may ask: where did the first version of the source code come from? Where does the artwork come from?

Same questions here.

Also, not clear what devices it's suited for. If it's not suited for Mac, I might want to refit it to be.

Author

The author, Jeff Harris, has recent activity on Github. There is an email on his profile page that one could use to additionally write to, but I'm not sure. Maybe he just doesn't want to be bothered about it.
