What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open .chm file with contents on Russian
2. See encoding problem


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.3 on 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
on screenshot:
tab and sidebar text is normal Russian, but contents is not on Russian.
