cannot delete ichm closed chm file

Platform:
Mac os x 10.6.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make copy of some local chm file
2. use ichm open it then close it
3. try to delete the chm file

It should be able to delete the file but it says the file is still in use.


This is about ichm 1.4.3 on os x 10.6.8
