New LTS 2.492.1 is out. We have to update our controllers:

• release.ci.jenkins.io (Kubernetes)
• ci.jenkins.io (Puppet managed VM)
• trusted.ci.jenkins.io (Puppet managed VM)
• cert.ci.jenkins.io (Puppet managed VM)

Ran a systemctl restart docker-jenkins and upgraded plugins (2nd restart) with success.

release.ci upgraded to the LTS 2.492.1 by jenkins-infra/kubernetes-management#6190 installing the release https://github.com/jenkins-infra/docker-jenkins-lts/releases/tag/1.22.0-2.492.1

• Bump Jenkins LTS version to 2.492.1-jdk17 jenkins-infra#3860 did set up expected LTS for trusted.ci and cert.ci
• cert.ci was upgraded automatically with no issues, and its plugins were upgraded once manually
• trusted.ci did fail to restart, caused by a leftover CASC file (agents.yaml). Once removed: upgrade was complete
