When launched, command "exit", no possibility to wtite

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install app
2. Install system
3. Launch temnal ide :conmmand "exit" is written,no possibility todo anything, 
no reaction on keyboard

Before system install it worked,but vim was not found



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just to run the app

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Andr on asus me302c

I'm also seeing this issue on my HP Tablet. Not updating system on my ASUS 
tablet which presently works, as I don't want to risk getting it into this 
state.
