Empty data screen issue

i have recently installed RevitLookup for Revit 2023 and i have faced that not all the elements get snooped the moment i hit the push button in Modify tab, the RevitLookup add-in opens just empty and i have to select another element to get data filled in the add-in and the add-in works again. i have record this unknown behaviors and i will attach it to this. worth to mention that not all the element have the same behavior. just the element of roof category. i have tested the sample file of Revit 2023 "rac_basic_sample_project.rvt", you will find the video that illustrates the issue attached below.
