Description of the new feature / enhancement

With the new IsRevitInApiMode property, AsyncEventHandler now understands when a revit is in context (open in modal mode) and when it is not.

This will allow RevitLookup to be opened in modal and modeless mode with the same code base #171

Scenario when this would be used?

Request for RevitLookup API from developers. Dockable pane support
