When's the next release?

I am working on a problem that might be resolved with the PR #15842 that has been merged almost 2 months ago.
The latest release (30.2.0) was published by end of September just a couple of days before the PR was merged.
When can I expect the next release that would include the changes of #15842 ? I am kind of suprised that there's such a big time gap between the releases.
