If you're adding a UI test project for the first time, it might be nice to get some instructions. Those can include:

Instructions on how to setup Appium? Or link to instructions?
note: keep namespace the same across projects
replace application ID/ path to binary (can we automate that instead? Or explain and automate)
Add [Register] in MainActivity for Android
... tbd

Maybe nice to have it as a checkbox in the template so people can choose to see it?
