Update juice dependency?

Any chance you could update the juice dependency?

The older version of juice that gets pulled in mangles php in my html. I believe this has been fixed in a newer version.

Hi Matt,

I've upgraded the version of Juice to 3.0.1 in master. This is the latest version still supported by node 0.10.0 and 0.12.0.

Does this fix your issue?
