Default to user directory (no need of Admin privilege)

For the Windows installer, can we make it default to write to user's directory like 'C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs'?

I guess drawio won't need any admin right so it would be nice and also the best practice to use the minimal required permission. Also, some machines under corporate environment or with certain anti-virus software are sensitive to anything that writes to Program Files.

I heard there are ways to change the installation location but we can make it less intrusive by default.
