Opening a draw.io file from the file explorer does not open the last version of it

Describe the bug
When opening a draw.io file from the file explorer (nemo) does not open the last version of it, i get i random previous version of the file missing several savings. But using file > open from within the app does open the correct and latest version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make modifications to a draw.io file and save it multiple time.
2. Close draw.io and open the file from the file explorer.

Expected behavior
The latest version of the file should open.

Which binary is this? Is this a standard file system, or some mounted media, cloud drive, etc?

Sorry for the delay, busy times.

It was both the Flatpak and the Snap on LMDE6, but i switched to Fedora 41 (KDE) with kernel 6.14.3-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) a few days ago and still the same bug. Installed the Flatpak (26.0.16). Opened a file i edited yesterday just now from Dolphin file manager and it opened an older version from last week, still have to use file > open to get the latest edit.

Here is the output when i launch with a file from the command line in case it helps:

P.S. It has been doing this for years on every Linux distro i had.
