Describe the bug

Hi Team, It looks like there's an issue "frozen app" with my W11 Entreprise No Installer version on my side. Thank you for this consideration (Release Windows 11 Entreprise, version 24H2, Build 26100.3476, Exp.1000.26100.54.0)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Download Draw.io Desktop Windows No Installer in its last version version
    https://github.com/jgraph/drawio-desktop/releases/download/v26.1.1/draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer.exe
  2. Click on ./draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer.exe
  3. A blank window opens

Expected behavior

  • Display of Main window of Draw.io

Screenshots

draw.io version (In the Help->About menu of the draw.io editor):

  • draw.io version 26.1.1

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 Entreprise, Version 24H2, Build 26100.3476, Experience Pack 1000.26100.54.0
  • OS: Windows 10 Entreprise, Version 22H2, Build 19045.5608, Experience Pack 1000.19061.1000.0

Is the installer version not an option?

Company IT Support only authorizes Online Draw.io - Previous version Draw.io 26.0.16 Windows No Installer works fine.

Same issue for me after changing to the newest version today. Exactly the same Windows Version. The only way to close the window is by using the Task Manager and end the task. Is there any way to check the logs?

Same on W10: calling directly draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer.exe does not work: blank frozen window.

But:

  • decompressing draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer.exe (using peazip),
  • decompressing draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer\$PLUGINSDIR\app-64.7z produces a $PLUGINSDIR\ folder with the draw.io.exe executable, and all the necessary DLL.

Calling draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer\$PLUGINSDIR\draw.io.exe does work: no more blank frozen window.

draw.io-26.1.1-windows-no-installer works for me on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 23H2.
