Deleting a taxonomy term gives an error page #106

When you delete a taxonomy term, you will get an un-themed white page with a message that something has failed. This is due to something within the search_api plugin and upgrading the module to the next version should fix the issue. Issue was: https://www.drupal.org/node/3178941

This will be fixed in the role configuration work that's in this PR: #104

Fixed by: #104 search_api module was upgraded to a version with a fix in it for this.
