telepresence not working on H.263 and H.264

Doubango/Telepresence is working on VP8.

but, H.263 and H.264 are not working.

In Firefox 40

1) H.264
   - gmpopenh264 plug-in is collision ( Firefox Browser)

2) H.263
   - no error message. but browser shows white screen. 

Warning message is  "The VAD has been replaced by a hack pending a complete 
rewrite"

Solution is?
