Svelte 5 launched this week, and it brings substantial syntax changes. The latest version of the Svelte Rollup plugin supports Svelte 5, so I should take a crack at updating our dependencies to see if we can make the move! It would also mean that TypeScript would be natively handled, so we could cross #8 off the list.
