[iOS] Whiteboard Text Input: Keyboard Causes Board and Input Text to Become Black and Unviewable in both Landscape and Portrait.

What happened?

In the Jitsi whiteboard feature on iOS, when trying to insert text near the bottom of the whiteboard, the keyboard appears, but it causes the whiteboard view to turn black, making it impossible to see the board or the text being typed.
This issue occurs in both landscape and portrait orientations when tapping near the bottom of the whiteboard.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a Jitsi meeting with the whiteboard enabled.
2. Tap near the bottom of the whiteboard to insert text.
3. The keyboard appears, and the whiteboard view becomes black, preventing you from seeing the board and the input text.

Actual Behavior:
When the keyboard is shown, the whiteboard view turns black, and both the board and text input become hidden and unviewable.

Expected Behavior:
The whiteboard should remain visible when the keyboard is shown, and the user should be able to see the text they are typing and interact with the board.
