Add user config option to re-arrange TUI rows #27
Description
It might be nice to offer a config file option that allows the user to designate the row ordering.
In absence of a given row-id, the row will follow the last user-specified entry in the order in which the application defaults to.
The main advantage of this option would be that users can minimize screen real estate and shrink down the TUI show only the data that is relevant for their needs. This may be more important when working with multiple instances of TUI.
This may also extend to columns.
