Improve device selection TUI prompt

When multiple devices are present, the TUI presents each in a very basic selection prompt. This prompt should be improved on.

At the very least the prompt should offer a way to ping/blink the currently selected device to aid in determining the actual device the user wants to connect to.

Partially addressed via the presentation of user-assigned device aliases. But a visual blink mechanism would still be desirable.
