add feature to be able to fetch and purge x amount of messages or filter them for stuff, similar to discord bots

A related idea is to cache messages for a short duration (such as 24 hours) and reprocess this event horizon in case of code changes.

As we are improving on the detection heuristics, you would get immediate feedback (and warnings) about spam with possibly new wording that happened recently.
