arxiv-get-pdf-add-bibtex-entry goes to doi.org for particular arxiv id

Although it has worked for many many other arxiv IDs so far, when I use arxiv-get-pdf-add-bibtex-entry with https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.06729, it ends up at https://doi.org/10.1145/3626772.3661355.

Hm. That doi is listed as a related doi in the entry, but the doi seems to be bad, so the code at the end of arxiv-get-bibtex-entry-via-arxiv-api is failing. I am not sure there is a fix for this in org-ref.
