Hello！
When I tried to run this function, this error was returned.

indent_trans=getLDpairs(eqtls = eqtl_trans,genotype = eqtl_snps,cluster = F,minR = 0.8)

Running locally

Error in .computeLD(geno = geno, eqtls = eqtls, selGene = selGene, maxP = maxP, :
Invalid arguments (Rsquared = Rsquared)
