Hi,
I would like to ask if this extension could be adapted to work with Freelens, the open-source alternative to Lens.
Previously, this extension provided great utility for OpenLens users, and many of us would love to continue using it within Freelens.
Would you be open to updating the extension for compatibility, or is there any guidance on how the community can contribute to making it work with Freelens?
If the project is no longer maintained or there is no direct intent to create a Freelens-compatible version, would you be open to allowing the Freelens community to fork the project, provided the license permits it?.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi,

I was not aware of this project. There are about 10 dead forks of OpenLens/LibreLens/FreeLens.

I slowly look into this.

The Extension is Apache 2 licensed. A fork is anytime allowed.

@jkroepke, if you know other dead forks, but still not closed repo, can you tell me the URLs so I can try to ask if someone would contribute to https://github.com/freelensapp/freelens ?

Thanks again for you contribution.
Just let us know if you need any help about this request.

@robertobandini The number 10 was just a personal feeling...I pervious maintain the free builds on OpenLens.

I know https://github.com/Open-Lens/lens and https://github.com/JoelBirlingmairBeastCode/lens-without-lens-ID

I also offer help in DevOps topics (Open-Lens/lens#59) but never got an response.

Other Repos are archived https://github.com/LibreLens/lens

Ok, I already opened an issue on the first, I'll try also on the second, thank you very much!

Now that you tell it to me I think I even remember that!

I saw

You are welcome to contribute to Freelens now, in any way, we will try to resist and keep going!

Now that I see it, I'm pretty sure to already know also the second one, but maybe there isn't a direct way to contact the author to ask if he wants to join the Freelens project.
