Adding CI/CD for Go Unit Tests

I've created GitHub Actions workflow configurations to run Go unit tests on every push and pull request, but encountered a limitation with pushing workflow files.

Todo List:

• Examine repository structure and Go module setup
• Check for existing test files and testing patterns
• Create GitHub Actions workflow configuration
• Validate workflow configuration and add additional job for cross-platform testing
• Attempt to commit and push changes

Analysis:

• Go 1.23.0 project with existing test files in /internal/ subdirectories
• Makefile provides test, test-cover, and lint targets
• No existing .github/workflows directory - created CI/CD from scratch
• Test command: go test ./internal/... -v

GitHub App Limitation:

⚠️ Cannot push workflow files: The GitHub App lacks workflows permission for security reasons. The workflow files have been created locally but cannot be automatically pushed.

Next Steps:

1. Create the .github/workflows/ directory in your repository
2. Add the workflow files above
3. Commit and push to trigger the CI/CD pipeline

The workflows will automatically run on every push to main and on all pull requests.
