Since we're getting adapter information we should consider adding it to the logging information.

Items to add

Add logging options to Settings (Form)
a. Add main log adapter option
b. Add adapter specific options underneath
Potentially modify AdapterInfo ToString() for use in writing to logging.
Modify IpViewerSettings to include new options
